The Agrifuture Conference Bangkok was held at True Digital Park, Bangkok’s leading venue for startups and new technologies. The conference focused on Mechanization & Financing, Smart Crop Management & Post-Harvest Technologies, and Regional & Global Markets. Several networking sessions were held on each day of the conference, which provided an opportunity to interact with government representatives and the most important institutions and organizations of the Asian agriculture industry.

SmartHectar and enpact organized a seminar entitled, “Thailand as regional hub for agro-business” alongside the Royal Thai Embassy, the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), and the German Agricultural Society (DLG).

During the seminar, speakers from the public sector, startups, private companies, and venture capital discussed their business experience and available opportunities in the areas of agriculture, bioeconomy, green economy, and circular economy in Southeast Asia. The seminar highlighted Thailand as a regional center for these sectors due to its biodiversity, its government’s supportive measures, its favorable business environment, its rich raw materials, and the competitiveness of its sectors.
